KKR vs RR IPL 2026: Kolkata Knight Riders' all-rounder Rinku Singh led the team to a four-wicket win over Rajasthan Royals, securing their first victory of the season at Eden Gardens. He scored a decisive 53 from 34 balls.
Star spinners Varun Chakravarthy and Sunil Narine had bowled brilliantly and helped the team skittle the Riyan Paarag-led side for just 155 runs.
While batting first, Yashasvi Jaiswal (39) and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi (46) gave the team a flying start as they had scored 81 runs in 8.3 overs but the spinners Varun Chakravarthy (3/14) and Sunil Narine (2/26) had left the Rajasthan-based franchise reel at 124/5 after 16 overs.

Shimron Hetmyer (15) and Riyan Parag (12) did score runs in double digits but Kartik Tyagi (3/22) did take three wickets and thats why RR posted a meagre target of 155 runs.
While chasing, the host were reeling at 5/2 after two overs and half the batting lineup was back to the pavilion after they had scored 70 runs in 11 overs.
Rinku Singh then rose to the occasion as he stitched a match-winning partnership of 76 runs with Anukul Roy (29) and took the team across the line with two balls remaining.
