There has been a long-running rumour that things are not quite right between Royal Challengers Bengaluru all-rounder Krunal Pandya and his brother Hardik Pandya. Recently, the two even came up against each other when RCB played Mumbai Indians in IPL 2026. Some fans tried to read into their on-field moments, especially clips of Krunal bowling to Hardik that went viral online.
However, when Krunal was asked directly about any โfightโ between them, he made it clear there is no issue at all.

During a fun chat on the RCB podcast with Danish Sait, Krunal was asked jokingly if everything was okay between him and the Mumbai Indians captain. He laughed at the question, and when asked again, simply said that everything is fine.

In the same conversation, Krunal also spoke about another moment that was misunderstood. Some people thought he was sledging young Lucknow Super Giants player Mukul Choudhary. Krunal explained that it was just a light-hearted comment. He said that after Mukul played a shot on the first ball, he told him that instead of playing such shots, he should try hitting big sixes over long-on or long-off. According to Krunal, both of them were laughing, and it was meant as a joke, not sledging. He also added that people often think he is serious or angry because of his hairstyle, but that is not the case.
RCB's performance in IPL 2026
Defending champions Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) are currently second in the IPL 2026 points table, having won four of six matches. The Bengaluru-based franchise will now face the Gujarat Titans (GT) on April 24 at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
