Jharkhand SIR Draft Voter List 2026: The draft voter list under the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) has been released in Jharkhand. As per the draft electoral roll, a total of 22,101,249 voters have been included in the state. The list comprises 1,12,06,755 male voters, 1,08,94,234 female voters, and 260 third-gender voters.
Before the SIR process, Jharkhand had 26,463,236 registered voters. After the publication of the draft list, 4,361,987 names were removed from the electoral roll. The deleted names include those of deceased voters, individuals who have permanently shifted residence, duplicate registrations, and voters who did not complete the required verification process.
Jharkhand SIR Draft Voter List: How to Check Your Name Online
Voters can verify their names in the Jharkhand SIR draft voter list by following these steps:
- Visit the official CEO Jharkhand Electoral Roll portal at https://ceojh.jharkhand.gov.in/mrollpdf1/aceng.aspx
- Select “Electoral Roll 2003” from the Roll Type dropdown menu.
- Choose your district from the available options.
- Select your historical Assembly Constituency (AC) and the relevant Part Number.
- Enter the captcha code and click on Search.
- The voter roll PDF for the selected details will appear, allowing you to check your name.
How to Check Jharkhand SIR Draft Voter List Offline
Voters who are unable to check their names online can visit their local polling station and verify the physical copy of the draft electoral roll. Assistance is available through the concerned Booth Level Officer (BLO).

How to Check Your Name Through Mobile App
Voters can also use the ECINET Voter Helpline App to search for their names by entering their EPIC number or scanning the QR/barcode available on their voter documents.
What to Do If Your Name Is Missing from the Draft Voter List?
If your name does not appear in the draft electoral roll, you can apply by following these steps:
- Submit Form 6 for adding your name to the electoral roll.
- Apply online through the Voter Portal or submit the form offline to your Electoral Registration Officer (ERO) or BLO.
- Ensure that your name, age, and address match the details mentioned in your supporting documents.
- Submit the application before the deadline of February 6.
- Use the application reference number to track your request online.
- If there are mistakes in your voter details, submit Form 8 for corrections.
- For assistance, contact your nearest Electoral Registration Office or BLO.
- Keep a copy of your application and acknowledgement receipt for future reference.
Documents Required for Voter Verification
According to Election Commission guidelines, voters may submit any of the following documents:
- Identity card or pension order issued by Central or State Government departments or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
- Government-issued documents or certificates issued before July 1, 1987
- Birth certificate
- Passport
- Matriculation or educational certificate
- Permanent residence certificate
- Forest Rights Certificate
- OBC, SC, or ST caste certificate
- National Register of Citizens (NRC), where applicable
- Family register prepared by local authorities
- Government-issued land or house allotment certificate
If a voter’s name is not available in the previous electoral roll, they can establish their ancestry by providing details from the 2002/2003 voter list of their father, mother, grandfather, or grandmother.
