Rinku shuffles a long way across to the off side to play the sweep shot, but seems to have missed it. Pant fails to gather it behind the stumps, but the ball rolls in his vicinity. Wide is not given. And Rinku sends it upstairs to challenge the on-field decision. Rinku had moved well across his stumps, so the question is whether the ball would still have been down leg from his original stance. The on-field umpire reckons that yes, it would have. Wide not upheld on that count. But UltraEdge shows there is a clear spike as the ball passes the glove. LSG are going upstairs, appealing for obstructing the field. The on-field umpires refer to the TV umpire, who feels that Raghuvanshi changed his direction intentionally and obstructed the field and is deemed out. Angkrish Raghuvanshi walks off the field and is absolutely fuming. Glum faces in the KKR dugout as they just cannot believe what happened out there.
